Dr. Padraic Gibson
Scientific Director of Training
As co-director of the Métis® Programme, Dr Padraic Gibson is also Director of Training and Organization Consultation at The Coaching Clinic, Dublin. Dr Gibson, is senior research associate at Dublin City University where he also lectures in problem solving and strategic thinking.
As a ‘hands on’ consultant he has extensive experience in staff and team management and comes to coaching and consultation from an academic and practical background.
Padraic has worked at senior management level and as Clinical Director in the Irish health service for 25 years and in this time has managed millions of Euro’s in funding and has established and managed numerous clinical teams and management boards. He has written numerous books and has published and initiated international research on the psychology of human change, some of his work has been published by the British Medical Journal among others.
Mr. Richard Hogan
Director of Psychometric Science And Behavioural Assessment
As co-director of the Métis® Programme, Richard Hogan is a senior consultant and specialised trainer at the Coaching Clinic®, with extensive experience in leadership and relationship management.
Richard is a professionally qualified Clinical Psychotherapist and his column in the Irish Examiner, is seen as a must read. His writing explores modern issues facing human systems, such as leadership and family. He was recently nominated for a journalistic award.
His best-selling book, “Parenting the Scrennager” is the most practical guide for busy parents of the modern child. He is a regular contributor to TV, Radio and print media and is the behavioural specialist on Virgin Media’s new TV program, Eating with The Enemy.
Brian Gregan
Sports Science and Specialist in Nutrition and Performance
With more than 5 years of experience working with Sky Sports delivering engaging motivational workshops to over 100 secondary level schools in Ireland, he has also delivered specialist nutrition panning for performance workshops as a Level 2 Athletics coach. Brian is and experienced public speaker with a focus on resilience, motivation and nutrition.
