Organisations & Human Systems

An enlightened leader should utilize advanced strategic and systemic approaches to human behaviour. The importance of our context, meaning, behaviour and dynamic interactions in determining the way we live our lives as effective leaders should also take account of differences in relation to gender, culture, religion, and ability. In modern society, we emphasise working from a position of strength and resilience by in-depth understanding and appreciation of complex systems theory.

Module 3
STRATEGIC MODELS OF LEADERSHIP

With Strategic leadership you will learn to embrace the unpredictable and ambiguous environment of the modern organisation. Developing the resilience and advanced skills to do so. The main objective of strategic leadership remains action and the development of a relational environment in which leaders foresee their needs and those of the organisation. Strategic leadership is about inventiveness, managing perceptions, and planning to assist an individual or an organization in realizing their objectives and goals.

Module 4
ADVANCED EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

One of the most effective resources a leader can possess, is the mastery of emotions. Change is inevitable, all people and systems grow and develop through change in order to maintain stability. Promoting change in people’s life usually starts from emotion, a key driver of behaviour. Like all natural systems, people tend to resist change, even though we are often lost to explain why. In situations when change seems rational, sensible or even in the person’s best interest, we can feel frustrated, depressed or downright angry. This component will teach participants the logic of emotional resistance and ways to manage emotion in ourselves and others effectively.

Module 5
PERSUASION, INFLUENCE & STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION

Throughout history, great thinkers and leaders have used effective dialogue as their primary means to encourage creative thinking and to inspire change. Without a doubt, an essential tool in a leaders repertoire will be to master their persuasive skills. Our unique model of strategic communication which is an advanced communication strategy for persuasion, influence and transformation in relationships will teach a range of strategies to leverage any social situation.

Module 6
LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP

Or do you feel pretty comfortable when talking in public but you are still looking for ways to improve your skills? This module will make you even better at motivating, engaging, persuading, presenting, and educating other people. In each case, you will benefit from strategies and techniques to enhance these skills and to build an armoury of tools to manage. We will introduce participants to competencies for engaging with media, in print, radio and TV settings. Each participant will engage with the training team in a private video recording and review their presenting skills to create excellence.

Module 7
ADVANCED PROBLEM SOLVING STRATEGIES

Acquiring knowledge and skills that will generate the most appropriate and effective solutions for each problem determined setting. Thinking out-of-the-box and discovering our non-ordinary solutions to even those situations that seem unsolvable with traditional thinking will be the at the core of this exciting module.

Module 8

Participants will be given proven strategies for managing, fear, anger, pain and pleasure based problems.
